Leadership

Pastor Dale has faithfully served on the staff of Shady Grove Baptist Church since 2014. With a heart for the Gospel and a deep love for people, Pastor Dale is committed to preaching God’s Word with clarity, compassion, and truth. He has a passion for seeing lives transformed through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and for equipping the church to live out its mission in the community and beyond.
Pastor Dale values strong relationships, intentional discipleship, and Spirit-led ministry. He is grateful to serve alongside the Shady Grove family and counts it a privilege to be part of all that God is doing through the church.

Donna joined our staff in 2013, beginning her service as Church Secretary, where she managed the day-to-day administrative needs of the church. In January 2026, Donna transitioned into the role of Financial Administrator and now oversees all aspects of the church’s finances.

Vivian joined our staff in December 2025 as Office Coordinator. She is committed to supporting the congregation, ministries, and mission of Shady Grove.

Music Ministry
Jeanna joined our staff on Monday, August 3, 2026. She will be leading our Praise Team, Choir, and overall Music Ministry of the church.

Children’s Ministry
Jeanna will be leading our KidsLife Ministry, including yearly programs, Vacation Bible School (VBS), summer camps, and other children’s ministry activities.

Youth Ministry

Felicia joined our team in 2016 as a volunteer in our Children’s Department. She officially joined our staff in January 2019, where she oversaw our KidsLife Ministry, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and Summer Camp. She also served faithfully on our Audio/Visual Team and IT Department.

In August 2026, Felicia transitioned into the role of Media Specialist. In this position, she oversees the church website and mobile app, manages the church’s social media accounts, and continues to serve on our Audio/Visual Team and IT Department.
